We pride ourselves in raising our foals to have a solid foundation to go onto the next phase of their lives. From the time that they are born until their dams are bred back, they see people daily and are handled a handful of times to get used to being touched, picking up their feet, loading into the trailer, and the beginning stages of halter breaking.
After their dams are bred, we turn them out into a half section pasture where they can learn to be a horse and travel the country. We feel that this helps prepare them for a successful future. They learn how to travel rough country, go through brush and through creeks; they learn where their feet are and how to use them. They don't get smothered and create bad habits.
We wean them in August/September depending on when they were born. They'll be halter broke and be tied to eat their grain. We will have had their feet picked up and have loaded them into the trailer.
With this, we've found that our horses are well rounded individuals, ready to go on and go whatever direction they are pointed to. Whether it's the 4H shows, barrels, roping, or just for trail riding, they have the foundation there to help them succeed.
PA Quench The Fire - Cremello AQHA Gelding
Que is a really nice colt. If I had more time to ride, I'd just keep him and finish him out myself. This cross has been very well liked and these colts have a lot of sense, a lot of try, and are natural athletes. This colt should be able to go in just about any direction you point him in. Raised in big rough country, he knows how to travel and where his feet are.
He is eligible for the 5 State Breeders Futurity, Cowboy State Stallion Incentive, Glacier Chaser, and the Homegrown Classic Incentive.

PA Guys Special QT - Buckskin AQHA Filly
QT was ran into the fence as a baby and spent last summer being doctored. She has some scars but they appear to only be cosmetic. This sweet filly has taken everything in stride and just been nice to be around from day 1. Her dam was won over $7,000 on the track and was a big bodied mare. QT has full siblings that are close to hitting the arena and I've heard great reports from them. Like the other Elvis colts, they want to please and do a job!
She is eligible for the 5 State Breeders Futurity, Cowboy State Stallion Incentive, Glacier Chaser, and the Homegrown Classic Incentive.
$3,500. She will come will xrays of her legs where the scars are to make sure there are no underlying issues.
